What do we mean by 'cloud' and what will talks be about? We want people to talk about real world use of any of the following types of 'cloud based service':
* Infrastructure as a service? (Amazon EC2, FlexiScale, ElasticHosts, etc)
* Platform as a service? (Google Apps, etc)
* Software as a service? (Salesforce.com, etc)
* Application / Data / Storage? (Issues affecting development in the cloud)
